Construction Cost: $1.4 Million

Description: The scope of work involved initial site analysis, conceptual plans, permitting, and PS&E for a 20-acre sports complex that included four lighted softball fields, three soccer fields (one lighted), concrete sidewalks, two parking lots, CMU restroom, concession, and mechanical building, storm drainage, pathways, water quality facilities, and creation of wetlands.  Permitting included preparation of a storm water pollution prevention plan, SEPA checklist, NPDES permit, nationwide wetland mitigation permit, and permit to create wetlands to enhance existing topography.  Project funding included multiple IAC grants, CTED grant, donations, and city funds.
