R&E provided the design, plans, specifications, and estimate for this overlay project which extends approximately 1,400 linear feet. The resurfacing consisted of a 2-inch wearing course overlay, curb, gutter, and sidewalk ramp replacement at intersections as well as traffic signal induction loop replacement throughout the project. R&E also provided construction management and inspection services through the construction phase of the project.
