Funding is often the hardest part of getting a needed project built. Reichhardt &
Ebe helps public agencies find and secure it, and we have prepared many
successful grant and loan applications for municipal infrastructure.

Many of our staff have worked for governmental organizations, where grant writing
is a yearly event. That background, combined with staying current on funding
opportunities, on the culture of the organizations that award them, and on the
administrators and stakeholders involved, gives us a high success rate securing
grants and loans for our clients.

## Engineering knowledge that strengthens an application

We research applicable local, state, and federal funding programs, match them to
a project's scope and readiness, and prepare competitive applications, including
the engineering estimates, project descriptions, and supporting technical detail
that reviewers look for. We coordinate with funding agencies through the review
process and help position projects to score well.
