East Grover Street Overlay, BNSF to Bradley Road

R&E provided the design, PS&E, construction management services, and inspection for this overlay project in Lynden. The structural overlay consisted of approximately 2,000 linear feet of East Grover Street from the BNSF railroad tracks to Bradley Road. The work involved grinding and pre-leveling portions of the existing roadway, and the construction of pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, driveways, striping, and restoration.
