Lynden Old Water Treatment Plant Demolition

This project provided for the removal of the former Lynden water treatment building, water tower, floors, and foundations. R&E developed PS&E, obtained and coordinated permits and environmental standards, coordinated required utility work, provided construction management services, and performed project inspections along with field engineering.
